PARKING RULES AT WEST MALL COMMERCIAL COMPLEX AREA
Dear visitors, parking at the parking areas of West Mall Commercial Complex, situated in Sofia, Lulin Region, 15 Tsaritsa Yoanna Blvd., is free for a period of 60 (sixty) minutes, following which a fee shall be charged.
ENTRY
When a vehicle approaches the entrance barrier of the parking area, a camera reads the registration number of the vehicle and opens the barrier for access to the parking area.
FREE PARKING
The free parking of a vehicle shall be allowed for a period of 60 (sixty) minutes as of the opening of the barrier.
PAID PARKING
After elapse of the free parking period the following fees shall be charged for the use of the parking area:
- BGN 2.00 / EUR 1.02 per each hour that has commenced after the elapse of the free parking period;
EXTENDED FREE PARKING
For visitors at the cinema complex
The visitors at the cinema complex shall be granted an additional 3 (three)-hour free parking by presenting at the cinema hall cash desk a valid ticket for a film show of the respective day starting after the opening of the barrier.
For clients of Happy restaurant
The clients of Happy restaurant shall be granted an additional 1 (one)-hour free parking by presenting at Happy restaurant cash desk a valid cash receipt issued after the opening of the barrier and certifying payment of goods and services provided by Happy restaurant during the same day.
For clients of commercial unit Athletic Fitness
The clients of commercial unit Athletic Fitness shall be granted an additional 1 (one)-hour free parking by presenting at commercial unit Athletic Fitness cash desk a valid cash receipt issued after the opening of the barrier and certifying payment of goods and services provided by commercial unit Athletic Fitness during the same day.
For clients of commercial unit Wash Depot - shall be granted an additional 1 (one)-hour free parking
Each client may use an extended free parking at only one of the listed stores per stay.
LEAVING THE PARKING. PAYMENT OF THE PARKING FEE.
In case the duration of the stay is less than 60 (sixty) minutes:
You may leave the parking directly, without being necessary to undertake any other actions; or
In case the duration of the stay is over 60 (sixty) minutes:
Before the vehicle leaves the complex you enter the number of the vehicle on the display of a cash terminal of your choice and pay the due parking fee; or
Payment of the parking fee shall be made shortly before leaving West Mall Commercial Complex at the automatic cash terminals located in the building, at the exit gate to the overground parking area and at the exit gates to the underground parking areas, respectively.
The automatic cash terminals accept coins of 1 (one) and 2 (two) leva and banknotes of 2 (two), 5 (five), 10 (ten) and 20 (twenty) leva.
The automatic cash terminals return change in 10 (ten) leva banknotes and 1 (one) leva coins.
The vehicle shall leave the parking area no later than 15 (fifteen) minutes after the validation/payment. In case of delay the fee for the unpaid stay shall be paid, in case validation indicates a due fee, as per the rules above.
In case the duration of the stay is over 60 (sixty) minutes then leaving of the parking area shall be possible only after payment of the due parking fee and in compliance with the following rules:
a) When the vehicle approaches the exit, the camera shall read the number of the vehicle and shall open the barrier, provided that the number of the vehicle coincides with the number indicated on the already paid transaction. If not, you should use the intercom connection to contact an operator. Intercom facility devices for connecting the operator are available at all entrance and exit machines of the parking area of the complex; or
WORKING HOURS
The parking area is open for vehicles from 07:00 am to 01:30 am. No entry of vehicles is allowed during non-operating hours.
ACCCESS, DRIVING, PARKING AND STAYING
The Road Traffic Act and the Rules for its application shall at all times apply to the traffic at the parking area and the area of West Mall Commercial Complex. The visitors shall strictly observe the traffic signs, these rules and the instructions of the officials in the complex.
The maximum traffic speed at the parking area of West Mall Commercial Complex is limited to 5 (five) km/h.
No entry, parking or stay of vehicles equipped with gas fuel systems for compressed natural gas (CNG - methane) is allowed at the underground parking area. Should a violation of this prohibition cause damages to the building and/or to third parties and/or property thereof, and/or should penalties be charged by the controlling authorities, then in such case the violator shall be liable as per the law and shall at all times pay the penalties charged against West Mall Commercial Complex and its management.
No entry of vehicles higher that 2.30 (two point thirty) metres is allowed at the parking area.
The number of the free parking spaces is indicated on the information signs at the entrances of the parking area.
Parking is allowed at the indicated spaces only. No parking is allowed at the spaces reserved for specific parking needs and indicated accordingly.
The parking area is under constant video surveillance. Smoking and use of fire; forcing of the engine; parking of vehicles with leaking fuel tanks; fuelling; maintenance activities; leakage of cooling or break fluid, oil, etc.; placing of objects, equipment or other causing difficulty in or preventing visibility, passing, stopping, staying and parking of vehicles are forbidden at the parking area. Damages caused as a result thereof shall be remedied by the violator.
LIABILITY
West Mall Commercial Complex shall be liable for damages caused as a result of intent or gross negligence of its employees or representatives. Such damages shall be announced to West Mall Commercial Complex management immediately and in any case before leaving the parking area.
The parking area is unguarded. West Mall Commercial Complex assumes no liability for loss or damage that may occur as a result of activities/omissions of third parties and/or that may be caused by belongings thereof, including but not limited to cases of fire, damages, loss, infringement or theft of a parked vehicle or its contents.

These rules are mandatory to all visitors to West Mall Commercial Complex. Entering the parking area of the complex shall be considered a confirmation by each visitor that the latter is familiar with and undertakes to abide by these rules.
